Any health-related data you may provide may be recorded in writing in a separate folder. This folder is stored in a locked cupboard.

How long we retain personal data
Paulus Karremans Coaching & Mindfulness does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Client details (name, address, year of birth, email address, telephone number): the statutory retention period required by the tax authorities. Currently (2022), this is 7 years.
Client files: the statutory retention period required by the tax authorities: currently (2022), this is 20 years.
Newsletter email details: retention ceases immediately if you indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
Participant lists, intake forms, dietary requirements and other data relevant solely to the training course or workshop will be deleted two months after the end of the training course or workshop.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Paulus Karremans Coaching & Mindfulness will only disclose personal data to third parties where this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
External parties that process personal data under our responsibility do so solely for the purposes and under the conditions we have agreed with them. We set this out in written agreements.
