Together

Personal coaching is a one-to-one support programme in which we work together towards your personal goals. We do this by exploring your inner attitudes, patterns and connections based on what emerges during the session.

Together, we can carefully explore causes and alternatives.

I will guide you in conducting your own exploration, asking you questions and occasionally offering suggestions. Drawing on my knowledge and experience, I incorporate various elements such as voice dialogue, mindfulness, applied polyvagal theory, systemic work, non-violent communication and trauma-sensitive integration-oriented mindfulness.

I do this in a caring, gentle and calm manner, whilst remaining attentive to your personal qualities and challenges.

My core values as a coach are care, integrity and equality. I aim to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment from which you can explore and experience.

What is the coaching process like?​

During an introductory meeting, we’ll discuss your coaching needs together. If it feels right for both of us and we’re confident that we can work together effectively, then we can begin the coaching process.

To start with, we’ll plan for a few sessions. If more are needed, we’ll decide together how many sessions would be appropriate.

We’ll review your progress along the way so we can make adjustments if necessary.

  • Feeling safe is the foundation.

Accessibility and parking facilities.

The coaching centre is a 5-minute walk from Tilburg Central Station (NL) and Visp Central Station (CH). Parking possibilities are nearby. Online coaching is an option by arrangement, as an alternative to meeting in person.
